Engineered Wood Products

Each engineered system starts with an in-house floor design that includes a performance rating system tailored to your build.

Our experts calculate floor joist spans, load requirements, and lifestyle factors like granite countertops, walk-in showers, or stone fireplaces to ensure every floor system performs flawlessly.

We stock:

  • Weyerhaeuser® I-Joists — designed and cut in-house for precise fit
  • LSL (Laminated Strand Lumber) and LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) beams and headers — stronger and more stable than dimensional lumber, helping prevent drywall cracks and shifting


We provide detailed performance criteria and header size calculations to meet your exact specifications. If an adjustment is needed, we can deliver replacements quickly to keep your project on track.

Sheathing & Subflooring
